Keep the goal. Share only what helps.
GoalClub is an informal accountability tool for small groups. Your club owner should share this notice before inviting members.
What the pilot stores
GoalClub stores your email address, display name, club membership, challenge results, notes, excuses, contribution ledger, notification preference, and any proof file you choose or are required to upload. It records payments reported by an admin but never handles card or bank details.
Who can see it
Your result visibility follows the challenge rule: full, status-only, or private. Your notes, proof files, revision details, and personal balance are restricted to you and the club owner/admins. Club-wide pot totals and the final recorded outcome are shared with the club.
Proof files
Upload only what is needed to support the result. Crop unrelated notifications, account names, conversations, photos, and other personal information first. JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF files are accepted up to 10 MB. Superseded proof may be retained with the audit revision during the pilot.
Hosting and retention
Data is stored using the GoalClub Site’s managed database and private file storage. This prototype does not promise storage in Ireland, the EU, or any particular country. Challenge records are retained so corrections and money records remain auditable. Ask your club owner if you want your membership removed or need a correction.
Before public launch
The owner will connect Auth0 for email-code sign-in and configure production email delivery. Owner-only preview access is disabled before the Site audience is made public.
